The daughter of The Gurkha is a fabulously consistent and versatile performer, with three wins to her credit over hurdles and one on the Flat.

Originally trained by Hugo Palmer, she was second in a Newcastle novice on her second racecourse appearance before filling the same spot in a Yarmouth nursery on her third start, both over 7f. She maintained her consistent profile until winning a 1m Thirsk handicap in the spring of her three-year-old season, defying a mark of 67 in the process.

Subsequently offered for auction at the Tattersalls July Sale, she found her way to the NH yard of Buckinghamshire-based Stuart Edmunds and made her debut over timber in August 2021.

Runner-up at Stratford on that occasion, she only had to wait a month to open her account over obstacles, coming from last to first to win a juvenile hurdle at Market Rasen in ready fashion. That earned her a tilt at the Listed Wensleydale Juvenile Hurdle at Wetherby in October, a prestigious and informative contest, where she was travelling like the winner until unseating her rider three out.
