Deva Racing are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

We have an email mailing list link, included on this website, which is fully GDPR compliant. This list is entirely based on ‘opted in’ customers who have either signed up on our website or through social media links to the sign-up form. The list also contains details of those who have agreed to be added (by ticking the email sign up box) when completing the ‘Contact Us’ form or ordering items through our ‘Shop’ links on our website.

We have never and will never share your information with any third party. We give you an option to unsubscribe on every marketing/newsletter/promotional/news email we send. You can also send an email to info@devaracing.com to request that your email address is removed at any time.

Our mailing list is managed by Squarespace, who value your privacy as much as we do. We actually ask for as little information from you as possible which is just your full name and then your preferred email address. All we will send subscribers by email, is news from Deva Racing, our special offers or promotions, as well as our new horse purchases that we think you might be interested in.
