Deva Racing are thrilled to have recently purchased the stunning three-year-old, Moneykenny, who is trained by Grade One winning trainer, Olly Murphy.
Previously trained by Andrew Balding on the flat, he was a winner of a Novice Stakes over 1m3f, in April and this victory makes it clear that he has the ability to match his drop dead, good looks. Having only raced the five times in his career it is highly likely that the ceiling to his ability, has yet to have been found and with his stamina assured, he looks the perfect horse to run in Juvenile Hurdles throughout the next few months.
His pedigree adds fuel to the fire. He is by the up-and-coming French sire, Kendargent, who in a relatively small sample of runners has already produced the multiple winning, King D’argent, trained by Dan Skelton and the Paul Nicholls trained, Fast Buck.
He was bought by Olly Murphy, on the recommendation of his former trainer and has already settled in to work at Warren Chase Stables. Olly has schooled him over hurdles and cannot believe how quickly he has taken to his new job – he truly is a natural.
Already race fit from running on the flat, he will be running over hurdles in just three weeks’ time and looks destined to give his lucky owners, many exciting days.
