Red Clubs Yearling in training with Tom Dascombe

Red Clubs x Satin Cape
 Details

Deva Racing are proud to offer 1/12th shares in this son of leading first year stallion Red Clubs. This yearling is out of a Cape Cross mare who has had 2 winners and 3 runners from 3 foals. A solid pedigree is a good start but this horse is much more than that. An attractive and well-muscled individual he looks a precocious two year old with the scope to make an older sprinter. Red Clubs won the Haydock Sprint Cup at a track where Tom Dascombe is the Champion Trainer in 2011.

The colt is entered in the Tattersalls Ireland €125,000 sales race as well as being eligible for the £10,000 Racing Post bonus series (Latest- Tom Dascombe has now entered the colt for the Racing Post Bonus based on his performance on the gallops. Red Clubs is currently the leading first year sire and has sired plenty of precocious two year olds this season and this one looks like adding to the list. The colts half brother has already ran at Listed level and with the excellent facilities at Manor House Stables behind him he also can reach this level.

 Quotes

”I think Tom and our bloodstock agent have done it again, last year they bought Misty Conquest for £5k and she has gone on two win two races and is listed placed. This colt is by a leading sire of 2-y-o’s and he looks smart. The lads in the yard like him and that is usually a good sign.” Mike Foster (Racing Manager)

“An active horse who walks well and his sire has had a very good first season. ” Tom Dascombe (Trainer)”Red Clubs is the leading first season stallion. I loved this colt because he was tough looking and honest. There has already been a pedigree update as the two year old half sister is now a winner.” Ed Sackville of Donald Sackville (Agents)
